Our shop serves most of Ross County, Ohio including Chillicothe, Bainbridge, Bourneville, Clarksburg, Frankfort, Kingston, Londonderry and Richmond Dale as well as Adena Regional Medical Center and VA Medical Hospital.

Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $5.00 (local being city of Chillicothe proper) will be added to each order, for each address. Deliveries to rural areas and surrounding villages may vary to as much as $12. Delivery charges vary according to distance with $12 being the maximum for our delivery area." br>
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone on week days and before 10:00 AM on Saturdays to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

All orders for delivery outside the city of Chillicothe MUST INCLUDE PHONE NUMBER.

We will do our best to accommodate AM or PM deliveries, but we cannot guarantee deliveries for specific times.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on Sunday will be delivered on the following business day, with the exception of sympathy flowers which we try to deliver on the appropriate day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
