Chillicothe Floral and the Tomastik name proudly serves the Chillicothe and Ross County area. We are family owned with over 27 years in the floral business, and we are commited to offering the freshest flowers professionally designed in styles to suit every taste. Our friendly staff will do their best to provide prompt, individual attention to your order and our 24 hour guarantee assures every order will meet your expectations. Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Holiday Saturdays we will be open later.  During the summer, Memorial Day through Labor Day we close at noon on Wednesday.

We are closed on Sundays.



To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $5.00 (local being city of Chillicothe proper) will be added to each order, for each address. Deliveries to rural areas and surrounding villages may vary to as much as $12. Delivery charges vary according to distance with $12 being the maximum for our delivery area." br>
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone on week days and before 10:00 AM on Saturdays to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

All orders for delivery outside the city of Chillicothe MUST INCLUDE PHONE NUMBER.

We will do our best to accommodate AM or PM deliveries, but we cannot guarantee deliveries for specific times.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on Sunday will be delivered on the following business day, with the exception of sympathy flowers which we try to deliver on the appropriate day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.  We will make every effort to inform you should a substitution be needed.
